What to expect? First, be prepared to collaborate and actively participate in discussions to assist the team in establishing its technology and development strategy. Besides that, talent will be in charge of designing solutions, developing code, creating test cases, executing test cases, automating build, test, and deployment, and setting up and configuring environments.

Wondering if you meet the requirements? Here’s the checklist: A bachelor’s degree specialising in Computer Science, Information Technology, Enterprise/Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or any related disciplines and foundational knowledge in relevant areas.

It would be advantageous too if you have a good grasp of software development, the implementation lifecycle, and hands-on programming experience. You should also be enthusiastic about the digital world, designing and developing for those who work or live in it.
