The work scope includes but not limited to provide onsite technical resources for the Connectivity / ICT
maintenance contracts in various Sector / Vertical i.e Oil and Gas, Finance, Education, Industry Services and
others. Single point of contact for Client services with details understanding on network design, integration, LAN
setup, data centre and applications running.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare report as requested by customer from time to time.
- To maintain the agency network design documentation with up-to-date information such as CPE
configuration (Router, Bandwidth Manager policy, Firewall) to expedite the troubleshooting process
- Attend network operation meeting, briefing and assist customer on all issues related of Client services
inclusive service delivery and restoration
- To analyse the incident / problem related to agency network and find the root cause of the problem
and recommend the resolution and improvement
- To assign and monitor the execution of Preventive Maintenance as stipulated in the contract and as
required by operation SOP to reduce fault rate
- To monitor alarm on SNMP system and take necessary action proactively to clear the critical alarm and
alerts.
