Job Scope
Assist Compliance:-
- To ensure effective monitoring and review of customer’s profile, as well as the quality closure of monitoring alerts.
- Conduct transaction monitoring reviews based on alerts generated by transaction monitoring system.
- Conduct screening on vendors and customers as requested by business user.
- Help out in clearing the customer screening alerts generated in Lexis Nexis.
- Report potential or suspicious activity to superior.
- To take up any other compliance tasks as assigned by Head of Financial Crime Compliance (subject to the level of capacity).
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree with minimally 1-2 years of experience in financial industry.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant financial crime-related certification and/or knowledge is an advantage.
