Job Purpose:
Providing support and infrastructure to Guarantee and Financing Operations as well as coordinating the process improvements and innovative solutions through the usage of technology via system enhancements.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure effective execution of the department’s roles / strategies as follows:
- Proposed process improvements / enhancements for Guarantee and Financing Operations.
- Management of system matters.
- Managements of the Sub-Division matters.
- Training to branches / peer-to-peer related to process and system enhancement.
- Manage project / assignment progress to ensure completion within timeline and align with strategic objectives.
- Manage staff’s performance / discipline in completing tasks / assignments.
- Stimulate / encourage evolution of mindset and culture of staff for innovative problem solving.
- Coach staff to ensure smooth execution or completion of assignments.
- Engagement with various department (internal & external) such as IT, Vendor, Branches, etc., to expedite and improve completion of the project / assignment.
- Execute advisory role as subject matter expert related to system and process enhancement.
- Review proposal / paper of process improvement for Management’s decision.
