Job Scope
PROTEGE TRAINEE JR. EXEC TALENT MANAGEMENT
1 YEAR CONTRACT (BASED IN BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA)
BASIC SALARY: RM2,000/ MONTH
Job Responsibilities
- Support recruitment & onboarding process
- Coordinate skill development training programs
- Support payroll process, government statutory, etc
- Check employee benefits claims
- Maintain HR ISO documentation & GDPMD Audit Compliance reports
- Perform data entry
- Assist in HR related documentation & filing
- Work closely with Talent Management to optimize processes; new policies & strategic initiatives
- Perform any other related duties as required
Job Requirement
Skills required
- Candidate posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource
- Fresh graduates or minimum 1 years of work experience covering a full spectrum of Human Resource
- Knowledge and understanding of Government Statutory Regulations and Employment Act
- Experience with HRIS system is an added advantage
- Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, both in writing and speaking
- Energetic, professional, driven, confident, independent
- Passionate about personal growth
