Job Scope
PROTEGE TRAINEE JR. APPLICATION SPECIALIST- 1 YEAR CONTRACT (BASED IN BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA)
BASIC SALARY: RM2,000/ MONTH
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to conduct pre & post sales activities - Training/Demo & Evaluation
- Supports business activities by their technical expertise.
- Assists in documentation conducting on clinical diagnostic products.
- Handle troubleshooting calls encountered by customers.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor in Biomedical Science/Medical Laboratory Technology/Microbiology
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Minimum of 6 months of working experience in application support field or microbiology laboratory is required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical mind and troubleshooting skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel; allowance is given accordingly.
