Job Scope

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a structured marketing plan and strategy and execute effective marketing calls to cover all the relevant Bumiputera companies, state government and agencies and interest groups (to also include Bumiputera Private Sectors not elsewhere covered including local governments / municipalities, trade associations, large private companies such as TELCOs, Petroleum Retailers, and special projects such as Pan Borneo and PIPC etc (target market).
  • Maintain effective collaborations and continuous dialogue with the targeted market segment with the objective of pulling in prospects (who are usually the vendors / suppliers / a pool of Bumiputera SMEs being nurtured by the target market) to the appropriate Corporation units for conversion into sales.
  • Plan ahead for seminars / taklimat usahawan / coaching sessions to cover a minimum set outreach.
  • Established effective collaborations with key stakeholders with a view of obtaining their support and or agreement to help channel Bumiputera customers / leads towards the Corporation.
  • For the leads generated, to have a structured call plans with a view to turn them into clients, provide advisory to clients where required in their preparations of documents for applications, forward the application to relevant Branch for processing.
  • Ensure strict compliance and monitoring in accordance with the Corporation’s and regulatory standards, including improvement in process flow where necessary.

Job Requirement

Qualification: Minimum a Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or equivalent.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of related working experience, preferably applicants specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.

Knowledge: Good knowledge in credit management, operational process and general issue related to SME development is an advantage

Skill/Competencies: Excellent communication, writing & presentation skills, interpersonal & negotiation skills, team player, analytical thinking as well as result oriented.

Others : Computer literate and have flair for sales
