Expanding its services worldwide, the company recently opened the doors to its new Global Business Center (GBC) in Penang in March 2021. To date, it has already hired 130 talent to support local operations at the central hub, providing sales and customer services to its global customers. The Penang hub is one of three Clarivate GBCs around the world, with the other two in USA and Serbia.

You’ll be interested to know that Clarivate recently launched its Clarivate Graduate Acceleration Programme (CGAP) specially designed to equip its Penang GBC with elite talent. A one-year programme, it includes a variety of exposure, opportunities and networking. Through structured learning, hands-on projects, continuous feedback and supportive colleagues, it will offer graduates the chance to grow and have an impact in their chosen area.

Talent will receive a complete induction and culture immersion to get to know their employer better and to network with colleagues.

Providing Vital Skills to Make an Impact
Graduate trainees will receive hands-on learning through the GBC Campus via courses designed to promote an agile mindset, design thinking, project management skills, sustainability and presentation skills.

Leadership Mindset
Graduate trainees have full access to Clarivate leaders to gain valuable insights on leadership and career success via interactive workshops and more

Anyone can apply as Clarivate invites graduates from all academic background to be part of its team though there are a few criteria like being a Malaysian citizen, having graduated within the last three years, and of course excellent academic track record with proven leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities. Extra points if you have strong verbal and written skills as well as good presentation skills in other languages to serve Clarivate’s global customers.
