Job Purpose:
Structured project management of IT projects to ensure delivery quality and outcomes can become more consistent, within timeline and budget.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides IT Project Management support to IT Division to manage project lifecycle.
- Assists IT Project Owners to ensure IT projects meet expectations, delivered in a timely manner withinbudget and of quality.
- Oversee overall project status and progress.
- Oversee and manage key project dependencies.
- Oversee the establishment of formal governance and reporting structure for the project.
- Provide overall project leadership.
- Appraise and manage project issues & risks.
- Manage key stakeholders and expectations.
- Facilitating key decisions required from management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate vendor negotiation activities.
- Ensure that required methodologies and approaches are in place for the project.
- Facilitate the analysis of business needs with business owners and stakeholders to translaterequirements into effective functional specifications.
- Assist to prepare and develop projects statement of works with users to establish better clarity at the initial stage bringing project to success.
- Works with cross-functional departments to develop related support services and processes to ensure a common understanding of the project among stakeholders.
