FSTEP is a 3+9-month intensive graduate training programme designed to equip talent with the right skills and knowledge for their transition into the financial services industry. We would like thank all of our trainees and partners for their continuous support since 2007.
The first three months of the programme, trainees will join a classroom training (now partially virtual) with Asian Banking School. Click here to find out more details about the training. The remaining months, trainees will be attached at respective departments with the opportunity to be absorbed as a permanent employee after the programme ends. In line with our long-term career development programme, UOB Malaysia aims to recruit and develop a team of trainees whom will be groomed in our Bank. The next intake will start 3 May.

What we look for in a UOB FSTEP Trainee:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Less than 2 years of working experience
- Fluency in English
