• To achieve sales/revenue target for Unit Trust and Bancassurance products in order to contribute towards the achievement of the overall branch targets.
• Plan and identify cross selling /up selling to increase customer’s (Product Holding Ration) PHR and revenue by setting up an appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customers.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster close relationship and for referrals.
• Degree/diploma holder in any field with at least 2 years of relevant experience specializing in Sales-Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent
• Possess relevant licenses required for the portfolio (FIMM license is a MUST).
• Good interpersonal skills and result oriented.
