Job Scope

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities: **

  1. Develop and/or maintain strategic roadmap and assigned strategic dashboards/tracking mechanisms including advanced analyses of data.

  2. Develop and prepare company strategies and business plans which includes business terms paper, agreements and presentation materials to support organizational / divisional objectives.

  3. Prepares strategic analyses and recommendations to help develop long-term divisional strategy and evaluate new business initiatives.

  4. Stimulating innovative and strategic thinking in support of business direction for senior management.

  5. Serve as the escalation point to resolve conflicts on priorities, goals, strategies, resources and key initiatives.

  6. Formulates presentations to share findings and recommendations for divisional and senior management critical to the decision-making process. Communicates findings and makes recommendations on issues under study.

  7. Manage the timing of inputs/outputs that drive strategic project prioritization.

  8. Coordinate, monitoring and follow-up of initiatives with respective stakeholders/project lead to ensure and execute a holistic strategic planning process.

  9. Monitor and analyze sales and production reports and their impacts on the established strategy/plan, including simulations and projections.

**Job Specification: **

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Economics/ Finance/Mathematics or related fields from a recognized University.

  2. Ability to use a variety of computer software programs including financial spreadsheets, databases, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

  3. Proficiency with financial statements and financial modeling.

  4. Ability to negotiate and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

  5. Ability to lead, organize and manage multiple projects.

  6. Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, ability to interpret financial data and be able to think strategically.

  7. Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict management skills.

  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Other working languages is an added advantage.

  9. Any other duties as may be assigned by Senior Management.
