**Principal Duties & Responsibilities: **
Exploring and initiating new ideas for new customer campaign. Drafting end-to-end business proposal for management team to review. Presenting to potential business partner for acquiring purposes. Also assisting other unit on loyalty program execution. Responsible to support customer retention initiatives.
Supporting superior on strategic partnership project. Identify appropriate partners; approaching and creating appointments; preparing business presentation deck; meeting potential partner with superior; following up until closing the deal together with manager.
Executing and managing the initiatives via working closely with relevant stakeholders from distribution channel; operation; IT; compliance & legal. Engagement with distribution channel by getting their buy-in on the initiatives/campaign. Able to understand the operational model for initiative and providing requirements to internal stakeholders. Getting approval from compliance and legal for all needed actions/process.
Upon project executed, he/she will be responsible to have framework to follow up the outcome of each measurement. Continue engagement with distribution channel to review and refine the project action for continuous improvement.
Critical function to generate regular campaign/project report and progress. Designing creative communication flyer to continue the campaign excitement. Review each measurement achievement and deliverable. Providing study on each initiative/campaign from key learning perspective
**Job Specification: **
Preferred studies in Business; Commercial; Consumer Behavior and Marketing
Good writing skills; excellent in powerpoint presentation and good inter-personal skill.
