Job Scope


The Job:

  • To communicate, execute and manage the Annual Performance Appraisal for all categories of staff.

  • Managing an up-to-date employee job movement and reviewer level in the e-PMS system.

  • To keep track and manage on time issuance of the Progress Reports for all new joiners.

  • To prepare staff confirmation and staff promotion letters.

  • To compile submissions from all sites for Job Evaluation Exercise and to have listing prepared. To ensure that all submissions adhere to its requirement.

The Person:

  • Possess a minimum of recognized degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or any related fields.
  • Trustworthy, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Must be result oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • and communication skills
  • At least 1 year working experiences in similar field
