This course will develop your strategic awareness of the increasing challenges posed
by digital media, globalisation and cross-cultural exchange. Our research-led teaching
enables students to enhance critical thinking, high-level analytical, as well as research
and communication skills. The program equips you with the knowledge and skills to
compete in today's competitive global work environment.
Areas of study
Students undertaking the program will learn contemporary skills necessary for the participation in and management of sophisticated communicative processes in regional, urban, national and international contexts. These include critical thinking, cultural sensitivity, advanced reading and communication skills (both written and verbal), and high-level analytical skills. More widely, the degree aims to develop skills in communications and media research. This methodological training will enable students to participate in relevant research-based study and equip them with an edge for today’s competitive workplaces.
