Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original Wikipedia articles for clients, ensuring content is neutral, well-researched, and fully compliant with Wikipedia’s guidelines.
- Conduct thorough research to identify reliable sources that meet Wikipedia’s standards for verifiability and notability.
- Collaborate with clients to gather essential information and understand their objectives, translating these into credible and neutral Wikipedia content.
- Format and structure Wikipedia articles to align with Wikipedia’s style and editorial standards, including proper citation and sourcing.
- Submit articles for review on Wikipedia, engaging with the community to address feedback and resolve any issues that arise during the approval process.
- Monitor and update existing Wikipedia pages to ensure they remain current, accurate, and in compliance with Wikipedia’s evolving guidelines.
- Stay informed about changes to Wikipedia’s policies and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality and compliance of all content produced.
- Work closely with internal teams, including editors and project managers, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of client projects.
- Provide expert advice to clients on the viability of proposed Wikipedia articles, managing expectations and offering alternative strategies where necessary.
