Job Scope
Responsibilities：
- Manage and optimize the parameters of quantitative trading bots using the company's specialized trading platform, based on the company's training system.
- Trade primarily on overseas markets (open from 7 AM to 12 AM), requiring flexible working hours and night shift monitoring.
- Be familiar with basic trading knowledge, understand market dynamics, and grasp trading logic.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in trading-related roles.
- Strong interest in trading, with attention to detail, patience, strong focus, and sensitivity to numbers.
- Strong self-learning ability, capable of quickly understanding and adjusting trading parameters.
- No programming skills required for this position.
