Job Scope
Job Purpose:
Business performance tracking and analysis for Management, Board and reporting to 3rd parties such as BNM, SME Corp, etc. Planning and developing activities and strategies in achieving the Corporation’s objectives based on the Vision and Mission statement.
Job Responsibility:
- Consolidate and prepare monthly/quarterly reports to Management, Board and external parties (e.g. BNM & SME Corp, etc)
- Assist to provide performance report and analysis to the Management and the Board
- Monitor and conduct analysis on the achievement of agreed targets for various departments for reporting to Management.
- Assist in planning and developing activities and strategies for the Corporation in achieving its objectives, in developing Strategic Plan and Business Plan.
- Facilitate budgeting process for the Corporation.
- Prepare papers and conduct studies on issues related to the development of the Corporation’s business. Perform studies and provide research to support existing and future business activities
- Assist in organization of information and design a structured approach for internal use as well as to communicate effectively for management reporting and staff communication and business performance.
Job Requirement
Job Requirements: Qualification : Minimum diploma or degree in Accountancy, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Banking or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years related experience.
Knowledge : Credit, Financial Analysis, Marketing, Product Development & Research.
Skills/ Competencies: Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal & research skills; analytical thinking, inquisitive, resourceful result oriented as well as strong business and financial acumen.
Others : Computer literate, good business contacts & willingness to travel
