Manages overall IT solution implementation plan (i.e. development, testing) and responsible for the end delivery of change of request (CRs) pertaining to all Retail Banking application software/ technology projects associated with [email protected] to ensure that the software/ technology delivers the desired business functionality to the required quality in compliance to the Bank’s business rules & operational process as well as statutory & regulatory obligations.
Work closely with respective internal & external stakeholders to create a segment stickiness & value proposition by growing the customer product holding (i.e. end to end process from acquisition till fulfillment stage).
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Proposing, planning, managing & executing marketing plans & activities according to product strategy to meet Bank goals & objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a superior customer experience for [email protected] customers through awareness/ acquisition/ engagement/ retention stage which inclusive of digital platform (ie design, develop APIs via [email protected] portal)
Work closely with internal & external stakeholders in driving the cross selling strategies through partnerships and loyalty programs in achieving ROI under [email protected] segment
Generate new ideas with latest market analysis and customer needs thorough collaboration with partners with an enhanced customer journey to sustain business growth and maintain competitiveness in the market.
Develop and implement campaigns to increase conversion in [email protected] portfolio
Develop a seamless product onboarding journey & enhanced the existing process, system & journey by launching MVPs.
Design, plan and implement end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns to increase/growth the product take-up rate.
Manage and monitor project implementation to ensure a quality delivery that contribute to business benefits within the approved project scope, time and budget
Ensure successful delivery of assigned Change of Request (CR) associated to [email protected]
To liaise with related internal/external parties to scope, define & deliver accurate & clear business requirements, statement of works (SOW), technical specifications and other necessary / documentation to support the delivery of project objectives & project outcomes which inclusive of preparation of concept papers, approval memos, RFI/RFP, costing for new/ system enhancement
Collaborate with Group Marketing to develop marketing strategies/ collaterals to drive cross selling/ engagement and retention
Collaborate with Customer Analytics Departments/ Group Analytics in deriving In-depth analysis based on harvested data with solutions
Coordinate and provide support on [email protected] related matters/enquiries to ensure an adequate service level to customers
Job Requirement
Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
2-3 years’ experience in Banking with exposures in business or marketing development and experience in payroll role/@work.
