****Job Purpose

The quality assurance will assist in developing test plans, executing tests and test automation for application testing based on user requirements and in ensuring that products are developed according to quality assurance standards for the Company.

****Job Responsibilities **Testing

Analyze business user requirements and assist the Quality Assurance
Lead to develop test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures for testing.
Perform manual testing, document and analyze the result for fixes and enhancement of the program.
Perform testing from multiple platforms including web application, API or mobile application to ensure design and behavior are standardized & consistent.
Create, execute and monitor automation scripts and update the existing automation test suites
Find and report bugs, glitches and help to troubleshoot on application issues.
Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing and efficiently generate historical analysis of test results.
Assist in ensuring compliance with general programming best practices and acceptable standards.

Test Documentation

Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
Develop testing procedures for business user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training business users on program usage.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology.
Has a strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices.
Experience working in Agile teams or in a collaborative team environment which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from team members
Knowledge and experience test from different environment including web and mobile application
Knowledge and experience on performance test will be an advantage
Has 5 years of experience in software development projects
Experience on automation test cases creation, troubleshooting, execution & maintenance.
Experience using tools and processes used in web software testing.
Experience working on web standards and technologies including accessibility compliance.
Experience in blackbox / whitebox testing, regression, and smoke testing.
Strong knowledge of programing language (C# and Java) is an added advantage
Qualified in ISEB / ISTQB is an added advantage.
