Job Scope

Huntsman Global Business Services is looking for Purchase to Pay Admin (6 Months Contract). With limited supervision, this job holder performs tasks around creation and timely progression of purchase requisitions, requesting purchase orders, and goods receipts within the IT Vendor Services / Purchase to Pay team. The job holder will be responsible for working with third party accounts payable, contractors within IT and external vendors to ensure timely payment of invoices and remediate any payment issues.

What will your day to day look like?
• Ensures that purchase orders (POs), purchase requisitions (PRs) and good receipts (GRs) are done according to the agreed timeline in line with the contract and/or project across the Services and Operations teams. Matches invoices against POs and ensures correct billing line items. Creates PRs per new contract or amended contract and seeks proper approvals per Certificate of Authority. Ensures GRs match items received and that none remain open for extended periods. • Chases and follows up any issues with missing timesheets and open invoices to ensure they are progressed in a timely manner, and ensures those who are assigned actions such as GRs or PR approvals are progressed to set deadlines. • Performs quality checks to ensure that third party service invoice information is correct against submitted PO. • Assist IT procurement teams in tracking of purchase orders and coordination and reconciliation of invoices for processing. • Assist accounts payable teams in reconciliation of supplier statements and payments made. • Account reconciliation and dispute management. • Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor. • Assists other employees in accomplishment of Huntsman company goals. • Participates in and completes company-required training programs. • Participates in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives as set forth by the company.

What skills and experiences are we looking for? • An Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Finance or related field with 2+ years related experience. • 3+ years of experience in a purchase to pay, or telecom billing analyst, position may be considered in lieu of the formal Associate Degree requirement. • SAP training or certificates a plus • Must have a level of proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs • Excellent communicator; internally and externally • Proven ability to apply Purchase to Pay processes within SAP • Strong customer service mentality • Experience in engaging with third party providers and resolving invoicing disputes • Experience in working in a multinational environment • Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
