  • Manage branding, PR and promotional activities
  • Organise all events (physical & virtual) – locally and overseas


  • Manage events – in-house events, external events/conferences, etc
  • Organise local and overseas events
  • Development of marketing collaterals for events and career fairs.
  • Organise talks/discussions for different categories of corporate clients.
  • Liaise with corporate clients.
  • Manage brand building, PR and Marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Manage social media initiatives.
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.


  • Have a Degree/Diploma in Mass Communications, Journalism or Advertising
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in event organising.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • An outgoing personality and have excellent people skills
  • Pro-active and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to think out of the box and conceptualise creative ideas into a project
  • Also be a self-motivated and results-oriented team player.
  • Work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • High energy, resourceful, pro-active.
  • Must be able to multi task.
  • Preferably with own transport but not a must.
