Job Description
Your role will be to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and educate customers who have muscle, nerve, or other physical disabilities. You will use evidence based interventions and modalities to treat, prevent, and manage their conditions. You’ll also work to promote wellness and independence for customers and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Fitness assessment and consultation to identify the best training plan for each client
• Design and implement personalized, progressive exercise plans that are tailored to the client’s needs, preferences & abilities
• Demonstrate and teach proper exercise techniques & equipment use.
• Monitor customer progress and give feedback and encouragement.
• Adjust training plans as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and results.
• Educate clients on health & nutrition and lifestyle habits.
• Maintain records of client sessions, payments and feedback.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends, research and best practices.
• Enforce all company policies & procedures and comply with safety & hygiene standards.
• Inspire and motivate customers.
Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited program
Current state license to practice physical therapy
CPR and BLS certification
At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting
Excellent clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and mobilizing customers
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proficient in using electronic medical records and documentation software
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Commitment to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice
