Job Description

The People Technology Analyst will provide system support and manages a variety of People Technology responsibilities. This role will be part of our Global People Technology and Analytics team. Your role will work directly with People teams, IT, and additional cross functional stakeholders across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions, not limited to exposure to the global aspect. The People Technology Analyst with contribute to supporting and improving Experian’s human capital landscape with a focus on new and existing People Technology. Experian`s People Technology team is leading a major technology transformation, as we upgrade all our people technology solutions to the latest technologies. The People Technology Analyst will play a key role in this exciting and innovative transformation journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work as part of the global team to manage and support day to day People technology operations including system maintenance, user support, ongoing projects, enhancements, data/systems requests, production support, and troubleshooting
  • Supports all People technology applications including People Core system, Hiring and Onboarding platforms, Performance and Learning systems, and othe
  • Manage aspects of the employee lifecycle and the intersection of technology
  • Contributes to the support of data management practices and processes
  • Supports implementations and administration of both new and existing people technology
  • Partners regularly with cross-functional partners in IT, Payroll, and others
  • Conducts ongoing analysis of core business processes and data integrations
  • Identifies and recommends People technology system efficiencies and process improvements
  • Develops testing plans and required documentation to support people technologies changes including necessary change management and training of systems and processes
  • Adheres to and supports data privacy principles, including audits and data validation
  • Assists with data structures and reporting across People technology systems

• Passionate about delivering exceptional technology solutions to the day-to-day lives of our colleagues • Academic degree in information systems or relevant related experience is preferred
• Interest in exploring and learning about the expanding landscape of HR technology • Demonstrated ability to utilize HR technology as an integral business solution • Proficient in Microsoft Suite • Self-starter with the ability to diagnose complex problems and reach sustainable solutions • Ability to manage multiple People systems simultaneously • Ability to be confidential and deal with sensitive information • Excellent analytical skills with solid strategic thinking • Business-oriented with ability to proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions • Thorough, organized, and detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize and follow up on various projects • Able to be flexible and adaptability to adjust and alter approach when needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills • Relevant experience working in the HRIS, HR shared services, HR operations, and/or having exposure to the HR Cloud systems will be added advantage, though is not necessary provided you have a hunger to learn • Familiar in coding using HTML/ Python, or modern no code API technology will be added advantage
