Promoting the Mortgage loans product for Residential / Commercial Property new purchase / acquisition including Bank End-Financing Projects / Subsales.
Promoting the Alliance One Account(AOA) product of refinancing for customers to keep all loans/financing in one place.
Actively cross sell on credit life insurance & credit card.
Achieve or exceed sales performances and productivity indicator monthly.
Constantly identify new strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities which include cold-callings, attending sales launches / roadshow, referrals & enquiries etc.
Participate, plan and support sales activities i.e. marketing visitation / appointment, sales presentation on mortgage and refinancing
Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
Ensure best sales practice and deliver excellent customers service.
Ensure all customers enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
Ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.
Experience in telesales and customer service environment with strong customer care culture
Basic spoken and written English language
Awareness of consumer and market trends
