Manager, IT Project Management

Job Purpose: Structured project management of IT projects to ensure delivery quality and outcomes can become more consistent, within timeline and budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides IT Project Management support to IT Division to manage project lifecycle.
• Assists IT Project Owners to ensure IT projects meet expectations, delivered in a timely manner withinbudget and of quality.
• Oversee overall project status and progress.
• Oversee and manage key project dependencies.
• Oversee the establishment of formal governance and reporting structure for the project.
• Provide overall project leadership.
• Appraise and manage project issues & risks.
• Manage key stakeholders and expectations.
• Facilitating key decisions required from management and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate vendor negotiation activities.
• Ensure that required methodologies and approaches are in place for the project.
• Facilitate the analysis of business needs with business owners and stakeholders to translaterequirements into effective functional specifications.
• Assist to prepare and develop projects statement of works with users to establish better clarity at the initial stage bringing project to success.
• Works with cross-functional departments to develop related support services and processes to ensure a common understanding of the project among stakeholders.
