Job Summary:
Responsible to develop, maintain, manage and execute a comprehensive risk management and governance process to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the company's strategic and business risk.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop, implement and maintain an ERM framework and supporting policies and processes.
- Develop and implement ERM tools, methodologies and processes to analyze and report enterprise risks.
- Facilitate and support business lines in identification and assessment of risks at Corporation level to identify top key risks that are affecting achievement of the business objectives and discuss the outcome with Head of Division for their concurrence.
- Establishment of core principles to govern the product/services life cycle and conduct risk assessment for product/services.
- Conduct annual material risk assessment to identify all material risk to the Corporation and deliberate the results to Management and Board level committees for approval.
- Conduct annual review and evaluate risk appetite to ensure it continues to be relevant and responsive to changes in the business activities and operating environment and deliberate the outcome to Management and Board level committees for approval.
- Develop and implement key risk indicators to provide an early signal of increasing risk exposures in various areas of the Corporation to the Management and the Board.
- Collate the statistical information on the key risk indicators that aimed at monitoring and mitigating the risks at Corporation level while initiating proactive control measures for risk exposures.
- Prepare periodic reports on enterprise risk exposures and periodically reports to Management and Board Level Committees.
- Conduct trainings, workshops and information sessions to build up a risk management culture within the Corporation.
