Our Program Journey

Our 18 Months program is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in key business functions like Digital & E-Commerce, Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Finance.

You will get hands-on experience to lead key business projects, be part of the winning teams that makes us a market-leading beauty company and you will collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people.

You will have a customized program that will give you extensive on-the-job training with real business challenges. During the 18 months journey, you will have:

Multiple rotations in different functions of the business key projects assigned for each rotation with performance objectives, classroom and online trainings to equip you with relevant technical and professional competencies an assigned Mentor to provide support and guidance an environment that will shape your leadership quality for the future.
