We are seeking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition intern to embark a learning journey. You will get the chance to understand the whole recruitment process and receive hands-on experience.
- Effectively communicate with the Hiring Manager to establish hiring needs, position specifications, and work requirements.
- Responsible for pre-recruitment and post-recruitment processes such as applicant shortlisting and screening, communicating with hiring managers during interview sessions, preparing essential papers and on-boarding arrangements, and so on.
- Source possible candidates through multiple channels, pre-screen applications, analyse individuals' resumes and profiles, and perform preliminary screening to establish appropriateness.
- Prepare recruiting materials and distribute job postings through the proper recruitment channels.
- In responsibility of the whole placement processincluding the preparation of offer letters, the organisation of the on-boarding procedure, and the tracking of progress.
- Conduct an orientation programme for new hires.
- As needed, assist with the coordination of career engagement activitiessuch as university/college/polytechnic campus talks/fairs, career fairs, and so on.
- Assist in updating new hires' data/personal information in the HR system.
- Keep a recruitment database for future use.
- When necessary, do any extra duties and obligations given by superiors or management.
