As an Instructional Designer, you will have a vital role in designing engaging learning experiences and conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and determine the training requirements of our organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop effective instructional materials that align with our learning objectives and address the identified needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify learning gaps.
- Design and develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and job aids, based on the TNA findings.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create interactive and effective learning experiences.
- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant content and ensure the accuracy and relevance of instructional materials.
- Utilize authoring tools and multimedia software to develop visually appealing and interactive learning materials.
- Incorporate assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning materials and make improvements based on evaluation results.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and learners to continuously improve the instructional materials.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
