Job Scope
****Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and implement the department’s roles / strategies effectively.
- Planning, collecting data, conduct in-depth analysis and review project / assignments requirement to align with strategic objectives.
- Ensure completion of project / assignments within timeline with minimal supervision.
- Identify areas for improvement and negotiate with superiors / relevant stakeholders for implementation of changes.
- Address / highlight any challenges / issues in BAU processes with proposed solution / action plan.
- Prepare proposal / paper of process improvement for Management’s decision.
- Execute advisory role as subject matter expert related to system and process enhancement.
- Undertake any ad-hoc project / assignment proactively as and when required.
Job Requirement
****Job Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Business Administration, Banking, Information Technology, or equivalent in related fields.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experiences.
- Possessed knowledge in project management, credit / credit administration process.
