Job Scope
- Responsible for working alongside various business/functional Groups and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the aim to prepare for leadership roles.
- Performance during Job Rotation Performance is measured based on the tasks given during each rotation.
- Involve in special projects and initiatives.
- Provide support in group wide initiatives.
- Involve as brand ambassador of MHCMY Learning & Growth Individual Development Plan (IDP).
Job Requirement
- Degree in Marketing / Information Technology / Business Administration or other disciplines with excellent results.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, strong initiative, eager to learn and result oriented.
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
