Drive sales through marketing events, product briefing sessions, and road shows on CGC schemes in order to meet the branch targets as well as Corporate targets.
Establish and maintain relationship with FIs, SMEs, Contract Awarders & Government agencies as well as Trade Association & Chambers of Commerce for purpose of enhancing awareness on the Corporation’s role, available schemes, provide advisory and as source of leads generation.
Process new applications and leads obtained from HQ or event on a timely manner without compromising the accuracy of data.
Prepare summary sheet in Kastle, conduct interviews and site-visits to the applicants’ premises guideline as to enable timely disbursement of loans.
Responsible for aligning the submission of cases with Corporation’s credit policy and scheme guideline as to enable timely disbursement of loans.
Attend walk-in customers and telephone inquiries to ensure all inquiries are attended promptly and information provided is accurate.
Monitor delinquent loans in order to reduce non-performing loans, zero non-performing loans within a year.
Perform other ad duties as assigned from time to time.
Minimum Degree in Business Admin, Banking, Finance or equivalent in related fields.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in sales and marketing (preferably in SME Business).
Good Communication, Presentation, Writing and Analytical Skills as well as strong Interpersonal Skills.
High integrity throughout the selling process, computer literate, self-discipline, committed and good team work.
