Job Summary Supervise day-to-day operations and administration of sales and marketing team to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the team
General Responsibilities
Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources Provide interpretation and explanation on sales administration/support policies and procedures Prepare and compile submission of individual sales achievement to ensure accurate and successful processing of incentive Produce and monitor regular sales reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Execute daily sales administration activities (e.g. customer price maintenance, order taking and submission, shipment tracking) in accordance to agreed service level standards Coordinate with sales and marketing team to provide support on general administrative activities (e.g. office admin, SAP maintenance and lodging) Recommend improvements or process enhancement to improve team productivity and cost efficiency Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales administration
Functional Skills and Knowledge Demonstrate strong administrative and organization skills Proven knowledge and experience in SAP Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken Education Certificate/diploma in business administration, or equivalent
Work Experience Minimum one to two years’ experience in a similar role
