To execute recruitment activities such as placing job advertisement, resume screening, candidates short listing, interview arrangement and application processing for successful candidates.
Manage relationship with external search firms, professional bodies, internet providers and other relevant agencies.
Involve in promotional activities by participating in recruitment fair as part of employer branding initiative.
Facilitate orientation program for the new hires on the first day report duty before handling over to department.
To work with Talent Acquisition & Development Senior Manager to execute recruitment activities to support manpower needs in line with the Company's business objectives.
Job Requirement
Possess Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in Recruitment or other HR related function.
Familiarity with social media and other professional network platforms.
Able to multi-task, work independently and good team player.
