Job Scope
- Oversee materials produced by Public Relations agency to ensure accuracy
- Develop creative, engaging and innovative content for social media platforms, the mall's website and also weekly Electronic Direct Mail
- Monitor activity on social media platforms and actively participate in dialogues or reply enquiries whenever necessary
- Plan, execute and manage social media contests in conjunction with events organized by the mall
- Monitor the media for articles related to the mall
- Generate and prepare monthly analysis reports
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communications / Journalism or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in a retail environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate poise under pressure and work efficiently at all levels
- Resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
