Executive, Business Development & Corporate Finance

Responsible for reporting project progress and any issues or risks to the project workstream head on a regular basis. Depending on the complexity of the project, you may also be required to assume the role of project workstream head.

Conduct market research and data gathering to gain insights into the project's landscape, viability, and rationale.

Assist in investment and divestment activities.

Assist in designing and building financial models, and various other financial evaluation and feasibility studies.

Assist in evaluating operational structure and business processes.

Assist in evaluating and executing the implementation of new business opportunities that are in-line with overall group-wide strategic blueprint.

Assist in matters relating financial modelling, due diligence, and business initiative of the business units within the group.

Analyse equity structure and shareholding dynamics in the context of maximizing shareholders’ value.

Identify risks and mitigating factors from operational, Financial, Legal & Regulatory, and other risk factors.
