Mainly responsible for full payroll processing, attendance and claims.
Support in creating and making compensation & benefit budgeting and analysis reports
Assist in planning, conceptualizing and implementing payroll related policies, capable of creating guidelines for new payroll & benefits related policies.
Able to work under minimum supervision and fast learner
Support ad-hoc tasks from time to time.

Bachelor's Degree
Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Preferred with at least 3 year experience in Payroll/Benefits related field (company size > 1k)
Require: Adaptability, self-motivated, able to set priorities and meet deadlines, able to cope well with ambiguity and change in a dynamic environment, Independent, tech savvy, detail-oriented, strong multitasking skills.
