The Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) attachment under CIMB is designed to provide a great opportunity for fresh graduates to explore and gain knowledge of the banking industry. The programme is aimed to impart employability and entrepreneurial skills through structured and on-the-job training.

Programme Structure: Eight (8) month contract training programme which will include classroom and on-the-job training.

Choice of roles:

1. Customer-Facing (Negotiator/Contact Centre)
   

2. Administration/Processing
   

3. Analytics/Report writing
   

4. IT Related (Programming/System Management/System User Testing)
   

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree

Criteria:

· Fresh graduates: Completed studies between Year 2021/2022 · Open to all field of studies · Intake: Ready to join between April – August 2022 · Documents needed: Final transcript or completion of studies confirmation from university.
