• Keeping up with the latest info on project, technology, tool in the market that kept changing rapidly.
• Maintaining the performance achievement meeting target in a highly workload environment
• Motivating and coaching direct report to attain high skills level of knowledge in rapid change of operational environment.
• Fulfill the high expectation of customer with limited resources.
• Requires interventions to improve processes and product weaknesses after product in operation to make sure effectiveness of 3rd level support.

Field of Study
Computer Science/Information Technology
• At least 3 years experienced in managerial position in Network Operation Centre/Contact Centre/Security Operation Centre/or similar environments will be an advantage.
• Experience in Project Management (Manage Project) will be an advantage.
• Sound Knowledge in ITIL/ISO: 9001/ISMS ISO:27001 will be an advantage.
• Special/Professional Certificate : CCNA/MCSE or equivalence will be an advantage.
