Job Description:

  • Assist and conduct workshops/labs i.e. VC workshops/labs in creating a continuous learning environment for value creation.
  • Learn and apply skills to undertake analysis, assessing & aligning new and ongoing SDG’s special projects including business case evaluation, problem solving, identification of improvement opportunity areas based on Gap Analysis as well as stakeholder’s management in Upstream and cross value chain segments.
  • Execute internal events to communicate, promote, and motivate employees to participate and contribute to any Mission 1 initiatives in Upstream and cross value chain segments.
  • Assist in driving execution of special projects delivery which contributes to SD Guthrie’s long term and short-term business goals.
  • Undertake cross-functional and cross-divisional engagements where required for special project initiatives, including sharing of "best practices" methods and ideas across the organization.
  • Learn and apply tools to undertake and assist preparation of business case validation with nominated Finance validators into higher implementation levels to meet agreed milestones for results delivery and facilitate/support both internal and external assurance processes.
  • Assist preparation of weekly update meetings to highlight programme delivery progress, issues and updates.
  • Compile and understand the relevant accurate information demonstrating the integration and consistency across programme initiatives’ performance and prepare salient updates to the Management for attention and strategic decision making.

Other tasks:

  • Provide support, progress update and informed decisions to the Section Head, Head – Special Projects, Head – Global Transformation Office, Group Managing Director and the Management of SDG for updates.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Business and related discipline.
