FTMSGlobal was formed in in 1986, offering professional accountancy courses. Since then, the FTMS Global group of companies has expanded to deliver training courses in twelve countries around the world, and now offers company training courses, academic courses, and many other business services in addition to its core activity of professional accountancy training. FTMSGlobal has gained a strong foothold in providing tuition for professional accounting qualification i.e. CIMA, ACCA, CFA and Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) qualification. We are one of the recipients of the exclusive SQC Award for Private Education Organisation in Singapore and were awarded the high rating of 'Tier 5: Excellent' in the College-Based Category on the Malaysian Quality Evaluation System for Private Colleges (MyQUEST) 2017/2018, by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE). This award further strengthens our reputation amongst international students for our excellent and quality service. Besides delivering lectures in Africa and Asia, FTMS spearheaded the Greater China and Indochina distance teaching programmes for corporate clients and they include KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young and many others. On the academic front, the taking over of ICL Training in 1994 marked the beginning of serious efforts to be actively involved in providing quality private education in Malaysia. But rather than following the beaten path of competing in the market with local programs, FTMS College ventured into the unknown – partnering international institutions offering their programs on a franchise basis. Not satisfied just being a vehicle to run partner programs, the College embarked on a more challenging route – establishing a branch campus of a UK-based University in Malaysia. FTMSGlobal’s focus on professional and entrepreneurial development ensures that its students pass their examinations and build strong foundations to succeed in their careers. Research and development is crucial, and at FTMS the research units ensure that a solid base of academic knowledge relevant to the ever changing world underpins our programmes.
