Review process of operations with respect to AML, compliance, and RCSA within operational functions.
Work with QA head to conduct regular audits and assessments of AML and compliance-related processes, as well as control validations, to identify potential risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Risk Management, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of AML, compliance, and risk controls into operational workflows.
Monitor and analyze changes in AML laws, regulations, and industry best practices, implementing necessary updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
Test procedures to assess the effectiveness of risk controls, identifying and addressing any deficiencies or weaknesses.
Lead and participate in the RCSA program, including the development and maintenance of risk and control matrices, assessment of inherent and residual risks, and validation of controls.
Provide guidance and training to operations staff on AML, compliance, and risk control requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
Work closely with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and examinations, providing necessary documentation and explanations to demonstrate compliance and effective risk management.
Develop and maintain documentation of AML, compliance, and risk-related processes, controls, and monitoring activities.
Collaborate with technology teams to enhance and implement automated solutions supporting AML, compliance, and risk control efforts.
Job Requirement
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience related to the job.
Good knowledge of compliance, AML, process review and audit processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
