1 ) Execute latest directive on Human Resource matters. 2 ) Liaise with Government Authorities on matters related to Human Resource such as Labour and Immigration Department. 3 ) Coordinate with Human Resource Personnel from respective factories of the workers welfare meeting and agenda. 4 ) Assist during sport and event function organized by company. 5 ) Assist the Human Resource Manager to prepare the necessary documentation on Domestic Inquiry. 6 ) Assist the Human Resource Manager to vet thru documents received from Personnel from other departments before sending to their office for approval, comments and feedback. 7 ) Assist Human Resource Manager to attend to foreign workers disciplinary issues. 8 ) Assist in compiling data to prepare Group Human Resource Meeting and Departmental Meeting. 9 ) Take minutes of meeting and to follow up on matters raise in meeting of Group Human Resource and Departmental Meeting. 10 ) Manage and conduct gotong - royong sessions on workers hostels as per schedule. 11 ) Lead the Human Resource Sports Club Committee. 12 ) Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

1 ) Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from reputable universities. 2 ) Preferably 2 to 5 years of related working experience. 3 ) FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. 4 ) A team player with strong communication skill. 5 ) Good command of English (spoken and written). 6 ) Pleasant personality and able to interact with all level of people. 7 ) Positive working attitude and able to work independently in a team environment. 8 ) High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality.
