Job Scope

The HR Transactions Analyst is responsible for the accurate administration of all HR actions pertaining to HR Master Data. This will include HR data reporting, analysis and maintenance of personnel files in SAP system. The Transactions Analyst reports directly to the Team Lead.

Successful Transactions Analyst are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. The ability to work under pressure to execute efficiently a high volume of transactions while ensuring accuracy of data is critical and should be well balanced with a strong service oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Performs administration of HR functions including hiring, employee documentation, benefits administration etc
  • Provides reports to the HR/Management Team
  • Supports Line Management and HR as needed
  • Performs SAP actions such as hiring, promotions, termination etc as required
  • Performs SAP transactions such as inputting of absences, attendances, payments, deductions etc as required
  • Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Completes trainings and self-development modules in line with the structured training program.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects
  • Complies with all applicable Schlumberger standards and policies
  • Ensures compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and relevant legislation

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource, Behavioral Science, Psychology or equivalent degree qualifications.
  • 0 to 3 years experience in HR or Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge in HR practices
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of English required (verbal and written)
  • Additional languages (French / Arabic) highly desirable
