Description

Job Scope

  1. Prepare draft shipping documents: - i. Draft documents for invoice, packing list, Form A, Form D, Form E, FORM AK, CO, CEPT, insurance, undervalue/ overvalue invoice, legalized invoice & all supporting documents ii. SI to shipping agents iii. Draft BL for customer confirmation and approval iv. Draft invoice, Packing List, CO for customer confirmation and approval, especially for those customer v. Preparing documents to meet LC terms & conditions / requirements vi. Draft documents to fulfil LC requirements vii. Closing documents for forwarding agents for custom clearance purpose

2 ) Prepare amended shipping documents in order to comply to customer requirements and revised PI, DO, CRF, revised DO quantity, revised quantity conversion, revised lot no, revised unit weight/gross weight, LCL M3 dispute etc.

3 ) Prepare finalized shipping documents.

4 ) Prepare signed DO, invoice, BC and PI for respective account department (Top Glove, TG & Flexitech) for sales recording.

5 ) Prepare VO through ERP system to respective account department requesting them to issue cheque or cash for FOB, CO and Embassy endorsement.

6 ) Liaise with despatch to collect Bill of Lading.

7 ) Scan draft SD and e-mail to marketer for customer checking and approval.

8 ) Scan final SD in the DMS system for documentation and marketer's reference.

9 ) Liaise with Warehouse & marketers if there were any omission and doubt points.

10 ) Update PI Discrepancy report for those PI / CRF issued with discrepancies.

11 ) Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Field of Study

Business Studies/Administration/Management

1 ) Candidate must possess at least Degree or Master in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent from reputable universities. 2 ) Minimum 1 year related experience would be an added advantage. 3 ) FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. 4 ) Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, Excel and Outlook. 5 ) A committed team player who is resourceful, dynamic and possesses good market intelligence with analytical mind. 6 ) Good command of English (spoken and written). 7 ) Conversant in Mandarin will be an added advantage. 8 ) Specialized skill in export documents / trade bills / import & export procedures / shipping / export insurance / supply chain management. 9 ) Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
