Description

Job Scope

  • Responsible for the preparation, review and submittals of documentation as required by Customer contracts and/or purchase orders.
  • Review material certifications for compliance to codes and standards.
  • Collect and review documentation and records in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Prepare documentation packages per customer/contract requirements for submittals to customers.
  • Verify that required material test reports, certifications, and other supplied documentation meets purchase order, code, and standard and specification requirements.
  • Communicate with customer via official emails regarding documentation submission, documentation status monitoring, customer approval status monitoring.
  • Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required.
  • Maintain files of all documentation and records (physical and digital) required for individual jobs.

Diploma

Field of Study

Business Studies/Administration/Management

  • Ability to prioritize tasks with effective time management
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong computer skills and familiar with ERP System, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong command of English both verbal & written and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferably with knowledge of product
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn quickly
