1 ) Provide support to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications. 2 ) Perform editorial tasks which include drafting and editing of written communications (including press releases, speeches, memos, official letters, and reports) as well as other publicity-related material. 3 ) Manage corporate events and projects (scheduled and ad-hoc). 4 ) Media monitoring. 5 ) Coordinate media interviews. 6 ) Build and maintain contacts with the media. 7 ) Ensuring publication of updated content across the organization's various communications platforms. 8 ) Coordinate materials and help drive publication of internal newsletter. 9 ) Undertake administrative tasks. 10 ) Perform other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management.

Field of Study
1 ) Candidate must possess Degree in Mass Communications or related disciplines from reputable universities. 2 ) Relevant work experience preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered. 3 ) Ideally proficient in both spoken and written English, Malay and Chinese. 4 ) Experience in crafting written material from scratch will be an advantage. 5 ) Quick-acting and a fast responder. 6 ) Possesses a high sense of responsibility and ownership. 7 ) Resourceful and mature, with good organisational and people skills. 8 ) Very meticulous, detailed and thorough. 9 ) Able to work under pressure and with tight timelines. 10 ) Able to work independently or in a team with little supervision. 11 ) Willing to work overtime when the need arises.
