Job Scope

Back-office is responsible for several administrative tasks including maintaining records, data management and more. They can also provide their expertise in accounting, finance, information technology and other fields. Back-office employees usually do not interact with a company's clients, they do interact with those working in the front office.

Common responsibilities:

  • Gathering and processing data.
  • Performing basic admin duties e.g. printing, sending emails, documentation etc
  • Assisting and coordinating with other teams.
  • Organizing meetings.
