Music has been around for the longest of time, and it is without a doubt a mood-changer. It’s a universal language that plays an important role in our lives - it can uplift our spirits, comfort us during tough times, and even aid in healing.

Music has evolved significantly over the years, starting from simple rhythms commonly played in ancient rituals to the compositions of classical pieces like Beethoven and Mozart. The 20th century introduced new genres like jazz, rock, and pop, which reflected cultural shifts and societal changes.

It continues to evolve, reflecting our lives and bringing people together across generations and cultures. Over the years, we’ve heard tunes dated from the 80s when in fact some of us were only born in the 2000s. Yet we still know that song! And today, digital technology allows us to access and share music instantly worldwide.
